hellooooo!
hey again! so I've finished the secret hen house theater so I can finish the reveiw. I also have a great book to blog about, and it's, in a way, quite dark, but in a good way. so, let's get cracking!!!
The Secret Hen House Theater by Helen Peters
as I have done the review of this book before, I didn't really give it a chance, and gave it a rubbish rating, and I now feel It deserved a higher rating. I love the beggining, middle and ending. Absoloutley fabulous. I totally loved it. The conclusion fits in well and adds up nice and neatly without a single hiccup.
MY RATING: 8 9/10 OUT OF 10

and here's the new book:
The Stolen by Alex Shearer
This book, though for kids, has a dark side to it that enthralls the reader. I have read this book a while ago, so I'm not great on the plot, but I'll be fine. It all starts when a new girl (Meridith) arrives at school, but seems... different. It's a story of an evil old woman who doesn't want to die, and takes a young body for herself. It is very well written and, though written as a fantasy, it is suprisingly believeable.

This is a great book! give it a go! If, however, you get a little creeped out by dark, strange things, this isn't really the book for you.
Happy Reading!!!
